ph897's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph897 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• ph897 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• The account holder has failed to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements;
• PAGCOR or another competent authority directs ph897 to do so;
• A valid self-exclusion order is in effect for the account holder.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the Player, ph897 will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable AML checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph897 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for breaches that could cause irreparable harm.

ph897 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the ph897 Platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without separate notice.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the ph897 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your ph897 account before the effective date.
